Privacy Policy – Lodiesa
This policy explains what information the Lodiesa app ("the app") handles and how. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Content streaming
- The app streams sleep sounds, music and stories from our content server (api.lodiesa.click). To deliver them, the server receives standard technical request data such as your IP address, device type and the item requested. We use it only to serve content and keep the service working, and we do not link it to your identity.
- The app has no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts or any other personal details.
2. Data stored on your device
- Your saved mixes, favorites, listening progress, timers and settings are stored only on your device.
- If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include app data in your personal Google account backup. This is controlled by your device settings, not by us.
3. Advertising
The free version shows banner ads through Google AdMob. Ads are limited to general-audience content. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising ID
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, and device information (model, OS version, language)
- Ad interactions (views, clicks) and diagnostic data
This data is collected by Google, not by us. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
4. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy options in the app.
5. In-app purchase (Lodiesa Plus)
Lodiesa Plus is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. Payment details are processed by Google; we never see your card or payment information. The app only receives a purchase confirmation from Google Play to unlock Plus features and to restore them after reinstalling. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
6. Data we collect
Apart from the technical request data described in section 1, we, the developer, do not collect, store or sell any personal data. The app has no analytics of its own.
7. Children
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Deleting your data
You can delete saved mixes inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
